”Hieno paikka, josta varsinkin hotellin katon näkymä Fuji vuorelle on mahtava.

”We had a great stay! The rooms had a beautiful traditional Japanese vibe, and we got to see Mount Fuji so clearly. It was such a nice experience and made our trip even more special. Would definitely recommend!”

”Great service, really nice room. Strong amenities.”

”This was a great and amazing stay , wish was here more than the one day. Had a traditional Japanese room with tamhimi mats and tea set The Public Onsen is awesome they switch the male and female sides. Views of Mt Fuji and TATTOO friendly. STAFF is what makes this place great, made sure was able to make it to train station out and super friendly/helpful. Decent gift shop on-site . Would love to come again when in Fuji area”

”The kaiseki dinner in the private dining room was excellent and the hostess was a very kind. The breakfast was excellent too. But the hotel caters to large groups and children. The rooms have zero sound insulation so children running around or other upstairs guests moving furniture until midnight is very disruptive. Breakfast was served in the large group room , again with a lot of noisy children. While there were both women’s and men’s sides onsens (baths), the quality are not at all similar....

”Cute place just 5 minutes drive to Lake Kawaguchiko. We were able to see Mt Fuji from our unit. Wished we had 1 more extra day.”

”Kylpylä oli iloinen yllätys, aamiainen turhan aikaisin.”

”The hotel is in need of renovation. The location is however lovely and there is a cosy atmosphere nevertheless. I don't however think I would choose this hotel again. The reception guy tried to enter my room in the middle of the night to deliver a message when I was sleeping, luckily I had the door locked from the inside.”
