”They had issues with the plumbing. There was water and sewage in both our rooms and the hallway. They had problems when we were checking in and they should have notified everyone and not rented out the rooms.”

”This is a roadside stop. They were understaffed and it really showed. There were major stains on the carpet in our room. The shower head was loose from the wall. The ice machine definitely needed a cleaning. The sheets and towels seemed clean.
The breakfast area was clean and well stocked.
The staff that were there were very nice and doing their best to keep everything going.
Take your chances with this one!”

”Easy remote check in/out. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had options for various dietary preferences. Great system to order in advance and brought to your room at the requested time. We stayed in the off season, and the restaurant and spa were closed during our stay. ”

”Our reservation was over July 4th weekend. Apparently, they overbooked their king rooms, so we were notified one day before we arrived that they changed our room. When we arrived there wasn't a manager on-site to speak with, the woman at the desk did not have any answers for us, which I get it, it was not her fault. As she was checking us in, we were then told our room that was assigned to us was not clean. It was 3:30 in the afternoon and there was a line of people waiting to check in. The...

”Great location right on the strip. Lake access good. Air conditioner in every room. Pretty basic kitchen, but we were only there for one night, so that wasn't an issue. Don't know what regular seasonal prices are, but was VERY expensive for the 4th of July!”

”I loved everything about our stay. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and we loved the shower. The pool was great with seating right outside next to the pool. The breakfast was amazing!! Everything was perfect!! Even the location was within walking distance to several restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.”
