We had 2 tasty breakfasts and a wonderful dinner using delicious local ingredients. He made our adult daughter's day when he had her help lead two of his beautiful horses from the pen to the stables. He also suggested we visit the nearby old village of Flavigny where we enjoyed visiting the former abbey where the famous anis bon bone are...
