”I made a complaint of this hotel due to they charge me of staying in hotel, even I have paid via ebookers the bill of staying in hotel. Other things in hotel are that there were thin walls and all noise was heard from outside and also from hotel lobby and restaurant until late evening.”

”La ubicación es muy buena, el desayuno estubo bien. Pero el baño de la habitación no estaba limpio en el suelo se podía ver mucho cabello sin haber limpiado, el piso estaba negro y salía facil si se pasaba un papel de baño. Lamentablemente el hotel no cumple con altos estándar de limpieza en las habitaciones lo que es algo crucial. ”

”The hotel is a beautiful old house with a lot of character. The personnel was really helpful and nice, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very clean and there was hot water in the shower. There was wifi and also a laptop for public use in the lounge area. Free tea and fruit and/or cake available all day. The hotel is located about 10 blocks from the main plaza, which didn't bother us, but I wouldn't recommend walking there alone at night.”

”Amazing place to stay. The staff is really accommodating and friendly. They will try to go out of their way to help you. Stayed in the Jr. Suite, which was spacious and cleaned daily by the staff. There’s two restaurants on site, which offer great food. The included breakfast has many options ”

”Cuarto limpio, desayuno buffet del domingo muy bueno. La de los otros días, muy básico, no acorde con el estándar de un hotel de esas características. Si bien la atención del front desk fue buena, hubo momentos en que no había nadie en la recepción. En términos generales, una estadía placentera.”

”Excellent multi night solo stay in their classic room. The staff encounters were all very friendly, starting with arriving around midnight by bus and being able to buzz reception and get checked in, morning breakfasts and key drops throughout the day, then assistance with referring a tour operator for day trips. Decor is very clean and cozy and location of the hotel is fantastic, within walking distance of major downtown sites, museums, eateries, and only a $2 ride to/from the bus terminal...
