”Great facility, great central location and great views”

”We booked at Reflections, Lennox Head. No check-in codes and details had been sent, we phoned and were promised to be sent shortly. We checked upon arrival at 5.30 and none had been sent, we phoned phoned after hours a few times - but no answer. We were unable to stay and had to book elsewhere. Explaining this to them the following day resulted in abuse and no refund. A week later Expedia sought a refund for us, and Reflections has refused - stolen our money and lied. Avoid at all costs!”

”The family room was very small for 4 people, we could hardly fit in. One of the beds was a sofa bed that was not comfortable at all, very hard and high in the middle, low in both ends, so could not sleep in it. The air conditioner kept terrible noise. Otherwise ok, good parking lot.”

”Shower rose was leaking toilet seat was loose coffee cups were stained and didn’t fit under the coffee machine carpet was so worn but the balcony was very good plenty of space it could be a good apartment just needs updating and there were fixed up paint patches everywhere we would give it about a five out of 10”

”Slightly dated motel but ok for night or two . Few minutes walk to Lennox head front easily drive to Byron bay”

”Good size premises, great living area, good size kitchen with all needed utensils. Bed was just a queen but quite firm and comfortable. Good size shower with good water pressure. Did have an issue with the TV not having a power cord, but the staff were able to rectify immediately. No foxtel as advertised, however not a huge issue. The inside shutter and flyscreen were very hard to move on the main entrance (staff notified), made entry, exit and privacy difficult. Stairs going to underground...
