”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

Beautiful ladies helpful ,
polite and explained everything told us about the amenities and how things were. I loved the room it was spacious inviting and comfortable.
There was also a tall gentleman didn't get his name we saw him when we walked pass the gym and at other times was helpful as the door was locked he said "Since he saw us a few times he knew we were guests!" and opened the door for us

The restaurant/bar was closed for renovation, but she was very good on giving us recommendations. Definitely enjoyed our stay”

”This was a fabulous hotel. Very updated and the employees were outstanding. Our room was huge and the bed was so good I slept in 2 hours past my normal wake up.
And Jameson was a great bartender.
We ate most of our meals there because they were better than the other places we tried. I don’t know why it’s rated as a 3 star when it’s close to or is a 5 star.”

”I liked the location of this hotel. The staff was very nice at check in and in the restaurant. However, the hotel is very busy with events/conventions and has only one, small bar. The rooms/bathrooms/hallways could also use a refresh/upgrades...and the price per night of $850+ was not worth it. However, I would still stay at this hotel again for the convenience of being so close to Camden Yards, M&T Stadium, and the Inner Harbor.”
