”Upea, kesällä 2019 avattu hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Mukavat, tosi siistit huoneet. Huoneissa ei ole vaatekaappeja lainkaan (tämä kerrotaan sivuilla), vain vaaterekki ja muutama laatikko. Tämä on ehkä vähän hankala usean yön yöpymisen yhteydessä. Hyvä aamiainen. Katolla uima-allas, josta näkymä merelle. Loistava palvelu. ”

”Room was beautiful and had a great view. Comfortable bed and great shower pressure. Bar/lobby had good drinks and cafe had amazing pastries. Breakfast was a great spread and they make so many things for you. Wish we had more days here. ”

”The room sizes are big with room amenities such as water, tea, coffee and bathroom necessities are provided. There was even a microwave in the room and water filtration system in the hallway. Two air conditioners....one for the bedroom and one for the living room makes the place cool and comfortable. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. This place is well situated and close to a shopping mall and within walking distance (around 10 min) to main tourist sites. ”

”Hotellin edustustilat olivat hienot, huoneet remontin tarpeessa, mutta ehdottoman siistit ja toimivat. Hotellin aamiaisbuffet on suunnattu aasialaiseen makuun, mutta maittoi kyllä suomalaisvieraallekin. Parasta oli hotellin täydellinen sijainti lähellä Geogetownin parhaita kaupunkinähtävyyksiä, ostoskeskuksia ja food cornereita. Itse valitsisin Cititelin uudestaankin, vaikka se suomalaismitoituksella vastaakin enemmän kolmen kuin neljän tähden luokitusta.”

”I felt like I walked onto a movie set back in the 20’s. The hotel kept the room setting from the early 1900’s. It is beautiful and relaxing! Everything was excellent. The only down side was the pillows.”

”Although the breakfast needed more variety - the staff were fantastic - they knew our coffee/tea order and we found everyone who we came in contact with super friendly - i was driving around Penang and the security in the car park - was alway helpful when parking - i would stay again - room always cleaned and plenty of towels ”

”Staff was friendly. Rooms were not large but adequate in size and very clean. Place looks updated not rundown. Hotel slippers were nicer than most hotels. Buffet breakfast good value with access to healthy choices like salad, cooked vegetables, oatmeal, eggs, fresh fruits ”
