”Service is amazing, property is a bit on the older side but they seem to have constant maintenance. It’s the perfect place for kids under the age of 9, lots of fun activities. The only big downside for me, cause I’m a foody, is their food. Wasn’t very tasty, and restaurant options around it are not too close by. ”

”The staff at this hotel were so friendly and very helpful and accommodating. They even came and changed bedding for us in the middle of the night after our son woke up vomiting. Everyone was so smiley and fun to interact with. The hotel is super nice and clean and professional. ”

”This was by far the best experience I have had staying at a hotel. The service was highly personal and attentive to every detail - especially breakfast each morning was a delight with excellent service by the waiters. Especially would like to Leo and Niwan. The front desk was also exceptionally attentive and personalized in its service - would like to highlight Winnie. Staying there again every time I am back in Bandung! ”
