”Check-in and everything went great. Everthing in the cabin worked as it should. Carpet and furniture is a little dated but was a good place for my family to sleep when were not out on the water.”

”This property was quiet and peaceful. It was a great escape from the monotonous day to day. There were some dead bugs in some of the dishes but otherwise it was clean. There were quite a few lightbulbs we had to replace because they were out when we arrived. ”

”Beautiful property, spotlessly kept. The cabin was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The stoves work well and gave us a great cooking alternative on one rainy evening of our stay. Very close to Roaring river and only about a 45 minute drive into Eureka Springs. ”

”My stay was wonderful. The pool was the perfect way to cool off after a day of hiking and exploring the nearby town. The propery was beautiful and offered horseshoes, basketball, a pavilion and grills, as well as a fish cleaning station. ”

”We’ve been renting this cabin for our family reunion that is held in the area for the past several years, and it’s always been a great spot. Under the new ownership, it’s an even better experience. Very nice, exceptionally clean, and clearly well cared for. The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed, from coffee to shampoo and conditioner, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. The bed was super comfortable, and the whole place felt welcoming and...

”Friendly people and not too far from Roaring River. Clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, a little walk from the tents but not bad. Our daughter loved the setup. Tents are thin so you can everything the other tents are doing. Recommend getting some sleeping ear plugs if you wanna sleep in. They had a little shop there which was pretty cool. Overall it was a great experience with them!”

”The house had everything we needed for a short weekend stay - VERY clean. The space was perfect for a trip spent with family. Plenty of space in the living area / dining room, and the patio was a perfect morning and evening space, since it was hot. The host was quick to respond to messages and had awesome recommendations in the area. We enjoyed Promise Land safari and Roaring River state park for trout fishing! ”
