”Plenty parking, front desk staff was great. I did not have high expectations based on the price, but the big disappointment was how grossly dirty the bathroom was. I understand not upgrading the property but it should not reflect on the cleanliness. The carpet of the room had big stains as well. I hope the management go around and at least do basic maintenance, and CLEAN properly the rooms.”

”I liked the place reasonably priced but very difficult to find at night. A little solar light on a slightly bigger sign would be a great help for 66 year old eyes in the dark.
Lots of books, gym equipment, large TV, clean, laundry in the unit.
The stairs are very not, up to code, steps are different heights and widths so having an 82 year old made it tricky getting up and down.
The stairs are the only reason I would not rent it again.”
