”We stayed in room 5 for 2 nights in May 2025. I have given it 5 stars for the view (the photos on expedia don't do it justice, i have attached some of the view from the room), it has a balcony plus location was great, 2 minutes walk to the restaurants on the front and walkable from the Old Souks area (though there are lots of golf carts as taxis). Room was clean and modern and breakfast at Rays exceptional. I would definitely stay there again but there are a couple of things to note: the parking...

”This boutique hotel is charming from the minute you step into its garden gate. The staff is welcoming, very helpful and attentive to all our needs and more. The whole place, our room, amenities, attention to detail and the breakfast was to die for. The daily breakfast was fabulous. The sweetest lady chef and helpers prepared our omelets, fresh oregano pies, and special tea to perfection and much more. The bowl of fruits the day we arrived awaited us in our room and next day a bowl of cherries 🍒...

”Bad smell from sewage system in bathroom, reception uncontactable, no place to put your clothes, tips to get water, tea bags, cups, even the man in the gate when you pass by , if you don't no service at all and your holiday is ruined .NEVER AGAIN.”

”We booked for 4 days, price including breakfast. When we arrived to the hotel they said the restaurant is closed so they can't serve breakfast. Every time we call the reception no body answers. No one came to clean the room, after two days of our stay the woman of the cleaning service showed up to clean, she only changed the towels. We slept on the same bed sheet for 4 days! As for the location, the view is great, the space of the room is fair. We expected a nicer place. ”
