”Mold in the ceiling in the room. Garbage pilled up in the hallway, room has run down and broken furniture, hair on the floor and in the tub. I asked for two extra towels but all they had were the small wash cloths. We didn’t take off our cloths. Didn’t shower. Left very early in the morning to get another hotel for comfort.”

”Room: I don’t even think they clean good enough. Smell: Hallways and room smells like mold. AC has crazy loud noise made us no sleep at all. Staffs are very kind. Breakfast: when we went downstairs at 9AM it was almost nothing left. ”

”Upon check in we had to have someone clean the refrigerator because it had brown liquid in it. The sheets had holes and the comforter had blood stains. The bathroom corners had so much dust in them. They had a tv guide with a bunch of channels but the tv only showed 3 channels. They offer Netflix but with the WiFi they have it was on and off. We had one towel and wash cloth a piece when we requested another we were told they could not give us more because guest were stealing them 😳. We actually...

”Staff were all extremely kind. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was good, better the 1st day than the 2nd but still good. Laundry is free, you just need to buy your own detergent. They had some in the lobby, but we went to CVS right down the street for ours. Lobby has cold beer which was a huge plus. Overall felt very safe.”

”This hotel was perfect for this sole business traveler. Immaculate, spacious room and excellent common areas, including the heated indoor pool. The area around the hotel is easy to move around and includes anything one could need for shopping or dining. Staff was very welcoming and helpful as well. 10/10, will stay again and recommend. ”

”My stay was adequate if not slightly overpriced, but I was traveling alone and needed a place to stay. I was given an accessible room which was fine but I could smell cigarette smoke. Unsure if that came from smokers outside or in the room next to me but it was pretty consistent. Everything else was sufficient. ”
