”Very old outdated motel. Much too high priced and should not be charging extra for a cat. In contrast we are in a very nice hotel with full fridge, stove and microwave. Very very clean in Fayetteville Arkansas the next night with corridor entrances snd elevator for half the price and they waived the pet fee.”

”I showed up at the property to check in and there was no one at the front desk. There was a number to call I called it numerous times and left messages after 30 min they called me back. And said they're phone was messed up and that they were at the property. I waited another 15 min and no one showed up. I tried calling them again and no answer. I ended up having to book a different hotel”

”We chose this hotel based on reviews but they clearly were not authentic. The place is in desperate need of maintenance. There were only 3 guests in the whole place (including us) and yet the front desk gal would not or could not figure out how to give us a bottom floor room with two beds. We used a third party app because it had a room with “a king bed and two twins” as an option. When we arrived, we were told they don’t have any rooms like that and we had to take the king bed on the 2nd floor....
