”Ice machine out of order, breakfast has cereal but no bowls”

”Terrible experience The place is rundown, the room had a weird smell and it was old Rust on frame doors one think I asked staff to possibly change my room I was told there were no other room available meanwhile the hotel wasn’t even half full Asked desk agent to provide me a receipt I was told no I stayed at another microtel the prior week and they was no problem I’ll be traveling for work the next couple months to the area will definitely not stay here”

”The room was excellent. Roomy and clean. The only problem I had was with the pool. The area around was clean and really nice. I would have liked towels in this area. My worse experience was going to the restroom at the pool. The tile was so slick, I fell hard and was unable to get up even with the grabber. I ended up scooting to pool and got back in. There should be a warning sign or mats to prevent falls. My only complaint about this place.”

”Room had stuffy, mildew odor. Went to store and bought air fresheners. Sticky residue on dresser top. Bathroom tub drained slowly when taking shower. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just okay. nothing noteworthy. Juice machine was out of order. Only stayed one night so tolerated inconveniences.”

”It was absolutely horrible and filthy. I did not feel safe there at all. The lock on the door and the dead bolt did not work. I have pictures I can import. The door frame looked like somebody forced the door open. I was not able to get any sleep due to not feeling safe. If there is anyway to get some of my money back that would be great because this room was definitely not worth the $230 I spent on the room”

”Needs structural fixing- electrical outlets were sunken in - carpet taped up - nicks in tub - no bugs were seen - not fully clean but alright Be careful the metal base of the bed did cut my leg when trying to get in the very high bed - since it was metal I did get a tetanus shot from the local urgent care Night clerk was fantastic - morning man was alright - they do have smoking rooms - coffee was not the greatest”
