” Reception, the receptionists are more interested in their mobile phones than greeting the clients. Some of them are outside smoking and there is no one in the reception. Elevators, all food etc. are transported with clientes and that’s why the elevators smells bad. Room cards/gym cards , never endless story. If the card is functioning on your door it is not working anymore in the gym and vice versa. Breakfast, the restaurant is dark and sad. People are smoking there and also the...

”Loved the hotel. Great spacious room with amazing views of you get the high floors. Request sea view to get the high floors. Karim at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating to all requests. The breakfast is incredible! Hadi made us feel like home with always attending to our needs. Would highly recommend this place! The parking staff are very helpful in finding you a spot to park. ”

”Beautiful design, superb details, and marble finishes. The mattress and bed are top comfort. The staff is friendly. The location is central. The food selection and presentation are good; the only problem it was too salty. Another small issue that surprised me, I was given a price for a taxi ride by the hotel receptionist, but after I took the ride, the taxi driver asked for a higher fee. I informed the hotel about this, asking for clarifications, but they never answered me back. ”
