”Certainly a great hotel and very accommodating to all your needs. Was good to escape the San Pedro highway of golf carts and get some fresh air. Still early in the development phase of this hotel but has really good potential to upstage the other 5-star hotels in the area. Service was outstanding and the escape to the pristine private beach was yet another plus that made this hotel top tier. ”

”If you want quiet and private this is the place for you. When we first arrived at the island we thought we were the only guests there. They only have 15 couples at one time stay on the island. Staff was extremely accommodating. Such a beautiful place to stay plus plenty to do. ”

”We absolutely loved this resort. It was beautiful, clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. However, some the areas around the resort were dirty and had decaying seaweed which caused a foul odor. Overall though, we were very pleased and would definitely visit again.”

”Spectacular resort with beautiful pool, ocean, swim up bar, and delicious restaurant. The room was very nice. The staff was awesome! My only two complaints, (1) many sudden and short power outages, and beeping appliances when power returned. That will startle you if not pre-warned. That is common in Placencia. (2) the room safe was not bolted down and had a master key that worked in our friends room as well. So we didnt use the safe. Minor issues. The place was gorgeous and fun!”

”Kitchenette consisted of a wine bottle opener and 1 small pot. But no gas for the stove. But the little restaurant is very good. Complimentry breakfast good too. Fruit and yogirt and toast. Coffee and ice and filtered water available anytime there. Comfy chairs and nice setting next to the river. Beer and wine served with good food. Nice place to chill and relax before going home. $20 Airport shuttle is very convenient. ”
