”The property was clean and convenient. Although I was surprised at the price, it was one of the more affordable options. Not a big problem, but our tv didn’t connect properly to local cable and when we called the front desk, we were assured that someone would come up to help us and no one came to fix it. Not a big deal for us but if we had wanted to watch tv it would have required another call.”

”I haven't stayed here since May of 2023. It is definitely not the same as I remember it. The breakfast is bread, dry cereal and pour your own waffle. No butter, coffee is okay. No tea. Motel is not budget-priced. The room was comfortable for sleeping, but the whole place could use a good cleaning. There are lots of places to eat and Applebee's is right across the parking lot. I remember it because it used to be really clean and friendly with good food. ”

”Bath tub was bad. Dark brown towels and wash cloths to hide dirt. Rust stains, bad water temperature control. I had to stand outside in 20F weather and call to "check in". ”

”I plan to stay here again. My wife and I take a drive every year to see the fall colors. My opinion, this is the only place to stay in Bemidji. Fact is, now I look to stay at Hilton Double Tree locations wherever we travel to. (stayed at one in Denver this past June. Would have stayed at one in Canada in Sep if I could have found one) I'm sold on the quality and service. The Bemidji staff are WONDERFUL. (great b-fast also)”
