”Excellent location, service and premier suite room is super luxurious. Worth the price ”

”Pretty gd and will book again if i'm back in Genting :)”

”We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Spacious, nice view of cable car and the mountain. Very clean and host is very responsive. The security system of the building is good. The facilities were great, it has a bowling alley, indoor pool, indoor fun pool, golf simulator, hummock garden, outdoor playground, a small indoor trampoline room, etc. Definately exceeded my expectation. The walk to Sky World theme park is manageable, about 15 mins walk. Sheltered link bridge all the way with...

”There are kitchen cabinets but nothing apart from a kettle and 2-3 cups. Would appreciate a microwave or some plates and forks and knifes”

”Room was cleaned and ambients was great. Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless”

”There is trash everywhere and level 1 f lift door”

”The communication with the host was pathetic and their were no clear direction regarding checkin. You basically go outside besides road side and get your key card. The room was okay but the Bedsheets had yellow stains and they looked dirty. Mattress would give you backache for sure. Avoid if possible.”

”Excellent service and great location”

Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the staff were friendly, willing to refill food, and housekeeping did a good job making up the room and offer more drinking water. However, there are several areas that could be improved. First, the parking instructions were unclear, and as first-time...

”No toilet paper. Unit has moldy air conditioning units. Couldn’t sleep in bedroom. Checkin process was terrible. Self checkin which took 45 minutes”

”Genting is afterall Genting. It was fun and pleasant. The housekeeping staff is friendly and i enjoyed their kind attention. The hotel can do with providing better amenities for a resort though. There was nothin more than 2 small complimentary water bottles and coffee packets, for that price range, it does not yet compare with the same at Macau's 4 star and 5 stars. Nonetheless, Thank you for the memories.”

”The breakfast options were quite limited, and food items were frequently not replenished unless specifically requested by guests. To make matters worse, the coffee machine was out of order, with management attributing it to peak season wear — an excuse that falls short of the standards expected at this level. Overall, the property does not quite live up to its 4-star rating. The one saving grace is its convenient location. For those seeking a genuinely superior experience, The Chateau nearby is...
