”Erittäin edullinen hotelli loistopaikalla vain kivenheiton päässä Beratin keskusaukiolta ja bussiasemalta. Henkilökunta oli hyvin avuliasta, vaikka englanninkielentaidossa oli parantamisen varaa. Huoneet olivat siistit ja tilavat. Suihkusta tosin loppui lämmin vesi. Nettiyhteys oli kuitenkin koko Albanian-reissun paras ja toimi myös huoneessa nopeasti ja moitteetta. ”The hotel was very nice, beautifully decorated and neat. The breakfast was a bit confusing since they didn’t give any portions and you knew the dishes only after they served them to the table. But overall experience very nice though.”

”The guesthouse is not accessible by road and we were notified about it 1 day before travel (when we told the owner about it afterwards they said we should have known based on Google Maps and description of it being under the castle, I wonder who would check accessibility for a hotel you plan on staying in?). We first thought we might be able to manage taking our suitcases up, but the distance from road to guesthouse is long and steep and impractical for anyone with large bags. It perhaps works...
