”I cannot say enough about the exceptional level of service provided by the staff at the Rosewood. From the first moment we arrived we were greeted by the most warm, helpful and accommodating staff. ”Property sits up in hills with lots of hills and steps. This property is not for handicapped people or if you have trouble climbing hills and lots of steps. Rooms are very outdated. Needs renovation. Breakfast was great. Dinner was good. Staff was excellent in helping you for whatever you need. You need to take a taxi or public bus to get to wherever you need to go. Property is at the west end of the island about 45 minutes from airport. Closer to Royal Dockyard.”

”Beautiful grounds on a hill overlooking the bay. Close to the airport and close to scooter rental - which we used to explore the entire island. Staff was phenomenal, extremely friendly. Good food - we did breakfast and dinner plan - and good entertainment after dinner. We took advantage of a couples spa in the underground caves on the property, it was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.”

”Coco Reef is in a beautiful beach location with well cared for gardens. We liked the small scale and how quiet and peaceful it was. The staff were very helpful. In particular, the reception staff were able to provide us with a courtesy room on our last afternoon while we waited for our airport pick-up. The restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful, especially Susie who served us breakfast every morning with a smile and warm welcome.”
