”The complex is worn down and outdated, the breakfast is terrible. At these high prices I expect more. The breakfast is at 10.30 non existent, and the staff just stands there looking, doing nothing. The hygiene is terrible, keeping things like cheese, yogurt, ham, juice etc in room temperature. Heard of food poisoning? The staff at reception is aware of all these problems but says it's a management problem. The wifi barely works.

”Sorry to say but this hotel is not open. This war is horrible. :( but it has been some time since they were open so please remove the ad. We drove quite far to discover it is closed. Glory to Ukraine. ”
