”This was our 2nd time staying in this resort and again it did not dissapoint us. When you first come in, there is security so you feel safe and very easy parking. The front desk staff is very polite and explained everything. I chose a double bed room which was my mistake that I did not know it meant 2 twin beds together. ”L’hôtel était très propre et la chambre, particulièrement spacieuse. Le personnel a été extrêmement gentil et professionnel. J’étais en avance sur l’heure prévue d’arrivée, et la réception a immédiatement pris contact avec l’équipe d’entretien pour que je puisse accéder rapidement à ma chambre : un vrai plus ! ”Houssem is an excellent host! He showed us around the property when we got there and ensured we have everything we needed. We visited Bizerte for the first time and stayed for a couple of nights. He helped us with local food and beach recommendations. I had an unfortunate event with my car and Houssem helped me find local help! I cannot be more grateful! I will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends and family!”

”Très belle découverte, Marie, Hamouna et le reste du personnel sont très très accueillant, à l’écoute pour un service et des conseils sur mesure. En endroit magnifique, calme qui préserve l’intimé et la tranquillité de chaque client ( max 3 chambres) Le cadre est exceptionnel, on s’y sent comme à la maison tout en étant chouchouté comme des invités rois. Nous y avons rencontré des personnes au Grand cœur qui ont rendu cette expérience particulièrement attachante ”
