”This place is a studio condo on the second floor of a three floor building (meaning there are people above and below you) the condo is pretty standard for vacasa properties: clean and as described but minimally equipped: kitche. was missing some basics (like a cutting board, etc) but still totally functional and as described in the listing. i would note that the fireplace was out of order and while it’s. it listed as a vrbo amenity it is still in the photos and property description the condo...

”Property was as described and very well stocked. The only issue is the state of the electrical service with extension cords used to provide electrical connections, and lack of sufficient outlets and ground faults.”

”This is our second time staying here for our yearly sun valley ski trip. It checks off all the things. Price is right, location is awesome, super clean and stocked kitchen (could use a crock pot) If it’s available I would book this place every year! Do it, book it now because it won’t be there when you come back to it. Thanks”

”What a great place and location! Very close to the bus route and parking close to the lifts on the River Run side of Sun Valley. We felt it was too far to walk. And definitely about a 10 minute walk to town. All furniture was comfortable and the entry has both a keypad as well as a lockbox. Great places to eat and a great vibe in the town of Ketchum!”

”The condo was perfect for a quick getaway to ski and enjoy Ketchum. It was just me and my partner and we had plenty of room for all of our ski gear. We didn't use the kitchen much especially since you could walk to so many good restaurants. Great hospitality and excellent communication from the host!”
