”The whole property needs remodeling and need a elevator they giving me a room on second floor with no elevator in the building . Im a visitor I had a struggle getting up the the steps because I'm disabled and I had paid my money and they didn't have an elevator I was so surprised and shocked the carpet was filthy the AC was tape up to hold the front on . . It took me a minute or two a while to get up to the struggle up the steps.”
