”Nice place to stay in Cochran. Exterior doors to parking lot with plenty of space. It seems they have a live in caretaker that works the front desk so if you arrive for checkin outside of 3-6pm, you may need to ring their bell to check-in. It worked for us.”

”Pleasantly surprised by the little Inn. Small, simple Inn from outside, but great size rooms that have been remodeled. Beds were very comfortable, big walk in shower. The lady upfront was very sweet. Very close to the College, so we didn't have to leave early to make our scheduled time.”

”The pictures posted on Expedia for this property are deceiving. It's nothing like the photos. It's dirty, run down and looks like temporary homeless housing shelter. The front desk receptionist was unfriendly and wandering around the lobby and parking lot. Looks like a number of people "down on their luck" are living there. Bedroom had dingy sheets and no bedspread. Floor had not been swept. No carpet. Bathroom mirror splattered with old toothpaste stains and the bathtub was so old it was...

The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...
