”The lobby of this hotel was the only place that appeared to be clean. Carpets were dirty and torn in some places. The sheets were yellowed, not bright white. We landed up not staying at this facility due to the condition of everything.”

”Outside was dirty. Door to outside to enter building was not secure. Staff unfriendly”

”Husband and wife team managing the Inn, The husband seemed willing to help, but overworked (?) The wife never seemed to be happy. The building is an old roadside Inn that they are trying to renovate. The room photos shown on the review on the Expedia website cannot possibly be from this Inn! This is definitely a very old building. They started a construction project next to our room the day before we left; there were construction materials stacked up a few feet in front of our door the morning...

”The Hotel was being renovated”

”Out host Karen is so nice. She thought about everything you would need and put it the room. The castle has beautiful lights over most of the property. Unicorn and fairy garden found on property. Karen shared some of her veggies and they we yummy. Thank you so much for everything you did for an outstanding stay!!”

”Secluded is right! So peaceful and nothing but nature sounds all around. Saw three does and an 8-point buck off of the back deck while drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. Lots of beautiful attractions not to far away if you are up for some adventure. Me, just kicking back and relaxing is exactly why we chose this property. Oh, and loved that it is pet friendly. We brought our two little dogs and they loved it too!”

”Very nice place. Tiny but clean with full kitchen and large fridge. Very remote and nice to see the rural views and hear the birds and cows. Tricky to get to, but directions provided were spot on. Just next time please arrange for there to be clear skies so we can see the stars ”
