”It was a good trip overall”

”The room seemed clean, but the property was not great. Grass needed to be cut. Lights out in the hallway and all around the property. The breakfast was so sparse and ill-prepared that we had to buy breakfast elsewhere. The property is in a good location and the staff were friendly. It just seemed to be poorly managed and maintained.”

”Need to look into have more staff. Looks like having only one person managing the front desk and many other things makes it impossible to meet the expectations. Front desk staff was very helpful, but appeared stressed out and overwhelmed. Needs to fix the bathroom doors and the bathroom seat was loose and dirty looking. Breakfast didn’t have enough items, especially for a holiday weekend. It should have been planned in a better way.”

”Our stay was very nice. The location was very convenient for going to the local dinosaur attractions. The host was very nice and hospitable. The only problem with the stay was the rooms were located on the second floor and the bathroom is on the first floor, but this was more of a physical problem since getting older stairs are a little more difficult to traverse, and having to get up in the middle of the night to "go" was tricky. The host has donkeys and they made the trip very interesting, to...

”The only thing I would change is having a curtain on the kitchen window and better curtains in general. I like privacy so I didn't enjoy having a window I couldnt block and when I'm on a trip I like to sleep in which requires darkness. Otherwise this place was clean, well appointed, comfortable and perfect for my needs. I would 100% return. The host was also gracious, accommodating, good at communication and non-invasive l. Highly recommend.”
