”My room was really clean and the staff were helpful and considerate. Even though I stayed there for a few days I was impressed how the upkeep of the room was.”

”Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider. ”Our suite was roomy with well thought out furniture. The facility has many pleasant amenities and the visual appeal is high.”

”Nice place for an overnight stay. Property is relatively new but some worn scraps and scratches on the furniture and walls. There’s a train that runs close by but not terribly loud.”

”Property needs a little TLC, the only thing I could say is the young gentleman who checked us in tried really hard to make sure we were happy. Helped us get a room we needed for our four legged kiddo.”

”Fine for the most part. The bed was way too hard for our taste so we didn’t get much sleep. I found out the next day that if we would have shown our room key card at Texas Roadhouse we would have gotten 20% off. That should have been mentioned at check-in. That cost us $27.”

”The carpet is dirty, the rooms stink like it has been wet, the shower looked dirty. This hotel is in bad need of a major upgrade.”

”Staff was nice enough. There are NO amenities. Our stay was from Tues. thru Sun. Had to request clean towels by taking the used towels to the front office myself as I was told there was only (1) housekeeper. Please bring your own cooking utensils, kitchen ware etc., garbage bags. The outside of the property left a lot to be desired; it needs a complete overhaul. The pool was out of service as well. The room itself was O.K. but needs remodeling as well. The sofa was Filthy.
