Hae hotelleja – Bossier Parish

”The rooms were nice, the walls are thin we could hear music from the other rooms. We only had one towel for a room of two. I told house keeping and she told me she could not help me although I explained to her we only had one towel in the room. Thankfully the lady at the front desk took care of it for us. The hotel parking is good, the boardwalk near the hotel is dead. There are just a few stores and shops opened there. We had no luck with the slots in the casino.”

”They forget to clean our room we had to call and ask for towels but that was the only downside. Great stay otherwise!!”

”The room smelled of mildew, the shower floor was dirty. I asked about the pool before I ever even checked in and Veronica at the desk had to make a phone call to see if it was operational. She was told that it was in fact operational so I allowed her to complete my check in. The pool was a disgusting green with a five gallon bucket floating in it along with other trash! It was so nasty no one got in it!!! The health department needs to shut them down! In addition to that, twice at breakfast...

”You get what you pay for obviously but this property is in rough shape. The staff was friendly so no fault of theirs, but the A/C unit had dryer sheets tied to it to mask odors and had handwritten controls.”

”The stay was pleasant. This is my 2nd stay. The only issue I had was when the housekeeping person came at 10:15 am knocking on the door … I informed her NO we were getting ready to leave … then she came back at 10:30 am knocked… AND THEN OPENED MY DOOR … I asked her… what time is check out .. she said 11:00am ……………… 🤔. I almost said something to management … but decided not to. I get you trying to leave earlier because of holiday weekend but I paid my money… so I’m going to check out at 11 am....
