”Breakfast was ok”

”Beautiful hotel with great history. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and welcoming even with us checking in late in the evening. The nice gentleman at the front while getting my keys ready, explained the story of the hotel and all of its many transformations which was interesting to hear. We will return again if we end up needing a place to stay in Roanoke!”

”Bathroom not clean. Breakfast adequate. Had to ask for tea bags at front desk. Water for tea lukewarm at best.”

”I’m low maintenance and used to basic hotels. But this one’s ROUGH. Run down hotel off the interstate. Rooms smell awful (mix of Febreexe and cigs), bedding had burn holes, TV didn’t work, and shower was so stained up I skipped showeimg. The front staff was helpful moving me to a less noisy room. Would not recommend a stay here.”

”This property was outstanding. A full kitchen and comfortable living area with a sectional couch. Comfortable bed, nice linen in a nice quiet and walkable town. 400 m from an excellent coffee house that also serves breakfast item. Nice to see the locals there. ”

”AC was quiet and worked efficiently. Our room was very clean and well organized spaces for our travel bags. The lighting was excellent, with great reading lights & desk dimmer lights. Breakfast was well stocked lots to choose from. Enjoyed my stay. ”
