”Staff made everything easy for us”

”Not very clean floors needed a vacuum, bathroom floor was dirty. The room had a sliding door to a balcony that literally fell apart when it was opened. The pool was empty with muck and outdoor furniture in it. We had a group of 8 and we were very tired and just needed to rest.”

”It was perfect for a single business traveler. Everything was taken care of, the staff was wonderful, the food was exceptional and the room was safe and clean.”

”Great location in Roanoke, beautiful building, room was huge and teh bed was super comfy (a good night sleep which doesn't always happen in hotelbeds!)”

”We got in lare adrer a delayed flight. Christine checked us in she was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was okay abd the room was ckean and we had a good night rest.”

”Pool and staff were nice, wish we had more time to enjoy it. I screwed up my booking date but the manager took care of it with no penalty. Very thankful and impressed there is still good people and customer service out there! ”

”The staff was kind, the room was spacious, the breakfast was good, and the pool/gym were just what we needed.”

”Kimberly was extremely friendly upon check in after driving 12 hours. Answered questions and provided 2 doggy gift bags filled with treats and toys. Clean spacious room. Prompt refills for breakfast and lots of choices. Convenient right off the highway. Not much for anything to do right in the immediate area but not too far to things.”

”Only issue was AC wouldn’t go lower than 68 n my husband has a condition that requires a cool room so he didn’t sleep well”

”A spacious and economical stay in a converted school building that also had a nice low key brewery on the premises. It is a bit out of the downtown, but a quick drive. The hosts were very responsive, we had a problem with the door when we arrived, but a text was immediately responded to and the problem resolved on the spot. The only complaint would be that there was trash that was not emptied in the can from the previous guest. That made us question the overall cleanliness.”

”Everything was perfect from being greeted with a smile to having the best spread for breakfast, the beds was comfy! I would stay overall an amazing experience! Thanks to the night lady checking us in for putting a smile on my exchange students face!!”
