”Absolutely perfect spot to stay if you’re visiting Red River Gorge! My girlfriend and I are from Tennessee and we booked the Sit and Stay for 4 nights for my birthday. ”Rick is a great host! He was super helpful with firewood and anything else needed locally. Yet you are highly secluded and the fireplace is a great add for the colder nights. I would highly recommend it as a great getaway, 4x4 base, or any other rural retreat! ”

”When we arrived, they had a water leak due to some frozen pipes. Absolutely not their fault. Call them. We’re able to get into another one of their properties within 20 minutes. They were very gracious and accommodating. We really appreciated it as it was getting later in the evening.”
