”Great we are coming back.”

”staff at checkin was not very friendly. signs are posted everywhere that tv service is unavailable with no estimated date for this to be remedied. I asked on Friday evening at checkin how long they'd been without tv service, and was told it had been out since Thursday morning. Disappointing breakfast was ok.”

”Unfortunately, our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Wouldn't recommend for that reason alone.”

”Thank you for sharing your house with us. We enjoyed our stay.”

”Great stay’”

”It's truly beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice and yet they are equally stunning!! We loved it and would book again in a minute. So fun being right on the river and close to everything in town. Parking is super easy and free. Wonderful windows! Just loved it WE all kept saying, "omg, i want to live here forever" :)”

”This flat was a perfect homebase as I visited family in the area. It was equipped with everything I needed, and was a really cute space in a wonderful location along the river and overlooking the movie theater across the street. The directions for check-in and parking were clear and easy to follow. The mattress and bedding were comfortable. The space was very usable, including closet space. I will definitely book this flat in the future!”

”The cabin was the perfect place to stay for us. We enjoyed the peaceful location and watching the wildlife on the river. Tina was quick to respond to any messages I sent to her. We had visits from Louie the dog and an extremely friendly orange tabby cat. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette is small but that wasn't an issue for us because we ate elsewhere. The stocked coffee bar and snack basket is a nice touch. We will definitely be back next time we come up to see...

”Clean, fully stocked kitchen, good location”

”This was one of the nicest that I’ve been in. Very clean with a ton of space. Owner was so friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend this stay.”

”Such a lovely, clean property! We had all of the amenities we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were crisp and clean. The property was close to downtown Waverly, with all of the cute shops and restaurants. Kathie was excellent to communicate with. Would 100% recommend this beautiful farm house.”

”The room was not clean…especially the bathroom. The room smelled old and musty and dust covered the walls. There were college kids above us partying for two nights straight and up till 4AM. Complaints were made but nothing was done. Horrible experience.”
