”Five stars is not enough for this gem of a hotel. Before we arrived Benjamin was attentive and helpful. When we arrived we had a fantastic tour of the hotel and its Onsen Spa and pool. We met the pets and were able to explore to our hearts content.
Our room(s) was beautifully decorated, well thought out, clean and spacious, with lovely views over the gardens.
The children were made to feel incredibly welcome and enjoyed using the pool and spa.
The onsen is particularly special, magical even....

”This is a typical hotel where people stay one night on their way to their final destination. It is located close to the express way and there are many other hotels in the area as well. The personnel were very kind and welcoming. We arrived late, so had no time to drive anywhere for dinner and ended up having it at the hotel. Restaurant was the same as for breakfast, so nothing fancy, but atmosphere was relaxing and food good. Fenced area (parking lot and hotel).”
