”The stay started out horrible. Being in hotel management myself for the Hyatt Corporation the management and staff were the worst I have ever met. Do not book through Expedia if you are planning to stay there because they treat you terrible. With that being said the property was clean and well maintained and the front desk clerks during the weekend were great and very friendly. Their operations management and the clerk working at checkin need a lesson in how not to talk about the guest when...

AC went out, so with temps in the 90s the inside was a balmy 82...all night and no way to open the windows. The bottom line is, with this booking there was a higher than normal cleaning fee. When we arrived we expected the place to be spotless. It was the opposite.This is also a duplex. That was not clear to us when we booked....
