”Absolutely stunning hotel the room was fantastic the staff very helpful and polite The menu was great with good wine options and the breakfast buffet was excellent”

”Check in was nice and quick. The staff not so friendly but very professional. They could use some customer service training and smile a bit. I had a really great room with the view of the pool and the ocean and the garden is beautifully maintained. They skimp on amenities.. no lotion no shampoo/conditioner. I had to ask for more milk, coffee and sugar. They have a minibar in the room but no water in it (rolling my eyes) Breakfast is not the nicest in terms of variety. They only have decaf of...

”No so good, there is no safe parking lot for tenants, they stole my car wheel cap 😞 due to dat...not recommendable 😭😭😭”

”What an amazing place, Mpongo Premier Game Reserve is the best. The Manager Pieter made sure that our stay is pleasant. From Reception the welcoming was excellent. Johannes the Ranger gave us tutorials about the Game Reserve thank you very much. The food was wonderful Breakfast was exquisite ”

”Room is clean and very spacious ”

”The welcome was good (the staff are lovely) and the room clean, spacious, comfortable and with plenty of facilities. There’s a lovely rooftop terrace, with cushions and blankets to borrow, if needed and a honesty system for drinks. They made arrangements for our dietary requirements. Located close to the beach in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Would definitely stay there again”

”The location is excellent, the place is very clean, and it offers plenty of closet space and a kitchenette. The hosts are very attentive and provide helpful advice on where to go and nearby attractions. I definitely recommend it for visitors to East London and the surrounding areas.”

”Comfortable ”

”Disappointing for a 4star. Limited breakfast options, simple things like, no fried or boiled or poached eggs, no filter coffee. Only one plug point in the room. Iron in room had no settings and I ended up scorching my garment. Noise was on another level from staff, and when asked to please quiet down a bit , was laughed at. The pics are nothing like the actual venue. Pool was green, so in scorching 30• weather you could not swim either. I would not stay again or recommend either.”
