”Very big room and very clean. ”

”Dinner at Bob’s Chop House was very disappointing. Shrimp undercooked. One steak med well was overcooked. Country time lemonade or some powered lemonade mix is used. Roasted Brussels sprout are not supposed to be burned. Noticeably understaffed trying to accommodate a large party. We had better food and service at a local Mexican restaurant with even more people in the group. Would not ever recommend and the one patron that suggested Bob’s spent the night apologizing. ”

”The room was not ready when we arrived at 1:00 AM. The next day, we asked for shower gel because it hadn't been refilled, and it took them an hour to bring it to us. I did not use the bar or the restaurant, so I have no opinion on them; however, the staff members were very attentive.”

”We got there a little before check in…we waited for nearly 2 hours until a room was ready. They did explain that they were short on housekeeping, however there was no compensation ”

”Breakfast was good. There is only valet parking and no self parking. The beds were comfortable and the room was very large.”

”Staff was extremely friendly. Evening foodand drinks with afternoon fresh popcorn was enjoyable for the whole family. Breakfast had a good wide variety that's better than most continental breakfasts at other hotels. ”

”Nice hotel. Kitchen utensils were a little skimpy but can make do. Its a hotel so i wouldn't expect a fully stocked kichen. Very nice place overall 👌 ”

”We had a late family check in after midnight. Upon arrival the tv didn’t work. We called it in, front desk didn’t seem too accommodating. Repeating rudely that maintenance was gone , didn’t suggest another room or a discount. When requesting another room she responded “if that’s what you want, is that what you want?” We did get another room and that room seemed as if the heat was broken we had set it at 70, then 73 when it wasn’t warming and after awhile we just turned it off because it was...

”Great location. Walkable to everything downtown. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Many more options than the standard fare. Definitely would stay again if I am in Louisville.”

”Overall property is clean and has had some updates but definitely still dated and worn. Breakfast was disappointing. Cheese omelette looked wet and runny. Waffle maker wasn’t working. ”
