”The Grove Park Inn used to be a five star property. It’s a 3 at best today. We went to the GPI to celebrate my son’s birthday. Just to hit the high notes, the service from the staff was terrible. They obviously have very little training in hospitality. Absolutely no enthusiasm by the person in the Cafe, the Concierge, or the wait staff. Additionally, the Edison restaurant was a big disappointment. Our waiter rushed us through our dinner, even though there were very few guests in the restaurant....

”This Hotel was Great! Clean rooms, they were a little small, but thats ok for those who wont be in them much. Very friendly staff. The rooftop bar was perfect for a late night drink. It is in walking distance to many great shops, breweries, bars and amazing restaurants. I would highly recommend and would stay here again! ”

”We had an amazing stay at the Hotel Arras in Asheville. The staff was so helpful. We made last minute reservations at the hotel and when we needed to change rooms to accommodate our party, Angel did an excellent job of helping us out. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for sights and restaurants in downtown Asheville. Also, the breakfast was amazing in their lovely on-site restaurant. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to...
