”Check in was easy and same for indoor parking. The hotel Front Desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked the hotel but I think the room service food can be improved better. We ordered 4 meals but 3 of it not suitable to our taste especially the asian food and the chicken burger. The breakfast was ok. We like the room which is cleaned, spacious and good wifi. will definitely stay here again.”

”We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were superb but the thermal pool and the hamam were splendid extras. There is a huge shopping mall nearby with a food-court. The hotel offers great food too. If you like public transportation instead of depending on taxis the hotel is in between three stations of the Bursarail - which means about a ten minutes walk. The busstop is a little closer but the complicated numbering of the Bursa bus system...

”İznik is a quiet hamlet with a lot of history. This hotel has a key location with Lake İznik a block away. Walking onto the terrace you are met with views of the mountain, the tree tops and bougainvillas along with the ancient city wall next to the property. Buffet breakfast is well attended by hotel staff. When I needed a room one floor lower due to knee problems they easily accommodated. Our room, fitted for 3 adults was furnished with antiques and quite lovely. The staff was kind and...

”Uns war nicht erlaubt den Pool zu benutzen. Nach langem Hin und Her haben wir dafür bezahlt. Am Fenster liefen zwei Geräte ohne Ende, dementsprechend war es sehr laut. Der Eingang zum Zimmer war schmutzig. Das Personal erklärte uns nichts. Wlan ist sehr schwach. Das Frühstück war lecker und üppig. ”
