”Unfortunately, I had to stop somewhere near Arco and made a totally wrong decision. Outside it looks OK but rooms are old and worn out. Windows broken and obviously newer cleaned. Shower cabinet drainage full of hairs, regular water running noise from the neighboring room??? Should be removed from the Hotels.com listing.”

”The room was clean, very neatly maintained, and helpfully appointed. The staff was amenable, kind, and fair. Enjoyed a restful night, and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Excellent lighting, inside and outside. We would definitely aim to stay there again if we are ever back in the area. Thank you.”

”A charming house for our stop in Arco. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the queen bed was very comfortable. We were just two people, it would also work for a couple with a baby sleeping in the crib. The grocery store is right around the corner, very easy to walk to. We had a good time exploring Craters of the Moon and the EBR-1 site. If you feel like eating out, go to Pickles. I had the atomic burger and my husband had the grilled chicken sandwich - both were excellent!”

”So disappointed, no staff onsite. Cabin and bathrooms were very cold and unsanitary. Only linens on one bed (there is 2 beds) that had stains on them and looked like someone just slept in them. Other bed had dead flies, crumbs, dirt on it. Trash and beer bottles. Could not stay in cabin. Have contacted property about this situation and still after 4 days no response. ”
