”Room are small, the sewage smell comes and goes. No complementary water and extra charge for spa use. The common areas have been recently done up, however the rooms could do with a refresh (especially bathrooms)”

”Huge room with balcony and the ocean view. Provided us many towels and pillows. But the safe was broken and the grab bar in the bath tub was loose and dangerous but the hotel fixed them immediately. Shower door only covers 30% of the bath tub. So. We had to take a shower in that 30% space in the tub which was very inconvenient and dangerous. House keeper left the balcony door open, and our room was infested by bugs. Perfect pool with huge umbrella but only 1 towel is given per person and the...

”Travelled with my husband for 2 nights in early June. Hotel was so clean and quiet at that time of year which is exactly what we were looking for. Staff friendly and helpful.”

”The stay there was lovely, luxurious feel but the menu at the restaurant was maybe a bit overpriced. Towel service for the beach and friendly staff overall. I think the only comment I would have is when I asked a few of the staff for recommendations around the city or other things they couldn’t recommend anything. I wouldn’t say the place is vegetarian friendly or for people who don’t consume pork as there is pork in everything. The staff tried to accommodate our needs which was great. ”

”The hotel is a smoking field which is dangerous to your health!! The workers and the visitors of the hotel smoke everywhere even in the corridor of the room. Inside the room the WALLS colour change to yellow as was smoked there for long time. The lift is very tight Maxim 2 persons, and was smoked inside the lift. when I arrived to the hotel, I must carry all my baggage for one floor over the stairs, because from the entrance of the hotel till reception there is one floor in which the lift can...
