”I would love for this property to be renovated so it looks as nice as Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. Our check in was good! Trey was phenomenal and his customer service was top tier! It’s always an event there like family reunions. I don’t like to hear kids running and being loud outside the rooms and breaking in front of you to crowd the elevators.”

”I love staying here this was our third time, the only complaint I had this time I did find some old snacks and pieces of food on floor under the bed and couch area, it was not much but it’s something that I did not like. Not that any hotels offer this so it’s not a complaint but I wish places like here that have a pool would have life jackets to use in the pool area as I did forget my sons this time. I do recommend this place and will stay here again. ”

”We have stayed here several times due to racing at the Speedway. Always clean, helpful staff. No complaints. The area has lots of things you can walk to including several restaurants. The area near the mall seems to be a bit sketchy. We were always so busy we weren't really out and about after dark, but keep this in mind. Would stay here again.”
