”Make sure their elevator works. It did not. We were there 3 nights and no one came to work on it. Carrying a lot of luggage, or having small kids, or a Sr with you, this is a huge problem!! USB plugs were not functional. The outlets were worn and loose and barely held a plug. Breakfast starting time was 45 mins late on Sunday, that’s a problem when you have an agenda to keep and planned on eating on site before your departure.
The staff was friendly and apologetic. The elevator issue was...

”They did not have the room I booked on Expedia available. I had booked a king size handicapped accessible room with a walk in shower. They only had a room with two queen size beds and a shower in the tub. I’m handicapped and have a lot of difficulty stepping into a tub. Also I find the policy of only servicing rooms every other day unacceptable.”

”The room was very clean and comfortable.
Our breakfast was delicious.
Would have appreciated complimentary coffee in the morning.
We had to use the stairs because the elevators were down. They were a little dark and not very clean. Might have been a good idea to have someone check them out before sending guests to use them.”

”A party started above our room at about 9:30. A really loud party. We called the front desk - they said they would talk to the guests. 10 minutes of peace followed by a louder party. We called the front desk at 11. Basically told they could only call the guests again, but had been hung up on the first time. 10 more minutes of peace followed by what sounded like a full circus. Called front desk at midnight and demanded a different room. Told 'not our protocol'. Called the police, who...
