”They charged us a cleaning/ service fee for our Service Dogs. Even though we had multiple conversations and videos of our room when we left about it being illegal. Elevator was out of order, men's room out of order, pool out of order, water from drinking fountain was hot and multiple other things were out of order. Looks like it used to be a great motel before the new management took it over.”

”Good hotel but for some unknown reason my reservation made via hotels.com was cancelled and I didn’t get any information about it. Anyway, the lady at reception could arrange a room. Room was spacious and clean but A/C was very noisy. Unfortunately very common in issue in many hotels in US. Overall, I’m satisfied with my staying in this hotel.”

They should not be renting the rooms period. Very disappointed.”

”Loved our stay. Quaint old motel nestled in a lovely wood on the edge of town. Outdoor seats all around to hang out under the trees in the evening. Management was prompt, helpful and so friendly. Restroom was small for 6ft+ husband, but it was clean with hot water and good water pressure.”

”Our visit started out horribly when after check-in we found ourselves taken to a tiny, unclean room kind of in the lower level area - had to go down some stairs outside and into a room behind a metal door. The room had a small queen or maybe a full-size bed, not the king bed room we had booked and paid for. When we pointed this out to the front desk person, he said it was the correct room, and that they didn't even have any king bed rooms on the property. As my husband questioned him further,...
