”Good hotel but for some unknown reason my reservation made via hotels.com was cancelled and I didn’t get any information about it. Anyway, the lady at reception could arrange a room. Room was spacious and clean but A/C was very noisy. Unfortunately very common in issue in many hotels in US. Overall, I’m satisfied with my staying in this hotel.”

”The breakfast was good at her hotel we had no towels in the pool area we had no phone cord for a telephone in our room coffee pot didn't work and the bathroom sink did not drain”

”We were assigned a room with a roll in shower designed for the disabled and it was difficult to use for the able bodied. The shower apparently hadn't been used in awhile and had an unpleasant smell until water was run down the drain. Also, there were no shelves or counters in the bathroom to place items and soap was limited to one small bar. Other than that , the room and motel was very clean and the bed and pillows comfortable.”

”Our visit started out horribly when after check-in we found ourselves taken to a tiny, unclean room kind of in the lower level area - had to go down some stairs outside and into a room behind a metal door. The room had a small queen or maybe a full-size bed, not the king bed room we had booked and paid for. When we pointed this out to the front desk person, he said it was the correct room, and that they didn't even have any king bed rooms on the property. As my husband questioned him further,...
