”What a beautiful hotel. Our room was very comfortable and we loved that the windows could open. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio, watching the Pronghorns in the field. A storm rolled in and it was phenomenal as well as the beautiful sunset. Our only disappointment is that the breakfast wasn’t available when stated. We were traveling and needed to get on the road. Other than that we’d definitely return if we were ever in the area again.”

”We were in town for a sports tournament and picked this hotel because of the water park which was a huge perk. Hotel was relatively basic otherwise. Check in was slow but there were several families checking in at the same time and only one person at front desk. She was very friendly and helpful, the process was just slow. Our room didn’t get cleaned one day, even though we saw the housekeeper as we were headed out and told her we were leaving and she could go in. Breakfast area was small but...

”Pool was emptied of water and closed down. AC did not work. They could not provide a room with a humane temperature, so we left after 2 hours and got a refund. BEWARE. Unfortunately there are no good accommodations in Gillette.”

”Good hotel but for some unknown reason my reservation made via hotels.com was cancelled and I didn’t get any information about it. Anyway, the lady at reception could arrange a room. Room was spacious and clean but A/C was very noisy. Unfortunately very common in issue in many hotels in US. Overall, I’m satisfied with my staying in this hotel.”

”It was a pretty mediocre stay. Our room keys did not work and we were constantly going back to ask them to re program. Additionally, the sheets on one of our beds were too small and didn't stay on making the sleep very uncomfortable. We were in Gillette for a youth tournament during excessive heat and when we asked the staff if there was anyway to fill water containers, they said "we lost the pitcher" and were leas then enthusiastic or helpful. ”Staff was nice, the room was clean and pretty good actually. Newly remodeled. Parking was tight since they are currently painting and remodeling the outside with a huge dumpster in the parking lot. The pool was not functional, the washer was out of order as well as the ice machine. The room was newly remodeled and looked nice and the a/c although noisy, kicked some butt! Asked for a 1 hr. Late checkout and they gave us 30 min.”

”This hotel catfish's people. Don't believe the photos. The property is worn with a minimum of refurbishment. The room was not clean. Yellow circular stain on a bedcover, hair on the wall in the shower, exposed pink fiberglass insulation between the air conditioner in the wall and the body of the air conditioner. Pretty sure that fibrous insulation should not be used inside an HVAC device that will inevitably blow those tiny fibers throughout the room for guests to breathe in. The air conditioner...

”The room was spotless and comfortable for a one night stay. The management was organized for remote check-in. There was a sign at the front desk with a phone number to call. The friendly woman who answered then texted the room code and that was that. It is the first time I never met, or saw, a staff member during an entire stay at any accommodation. However, they were available by phone if needed.”

”Got to use the pool and hot tub , staff very kind, clean place , nice room , no complaints , would stay again !”
