”The staff was exceptional. The location and setting was exceptional. But some things were substandard. Breakfast was boring and same every day. Eg no croissants or breakfast pastries, only bread for toast. No cheese or cold meat or fish selection. No variety of fruits. Rooms were spacious but… no closet, no hangers. No place to hang clothes, no place to hang wet towels and bathing suits. Huge balcony with a tiny two-seater couch with no cushions. No cushions on the indoor couch either. A little...

”Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects. That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. ”Great little house with everything you need. The pool is a bit small, but has an outdoor shower and bbq! The only thing is that we thought it was beach front and it is really a Kilometre away ot more. However, Carrillo beach is isolated and beautiful!”
