”It's in a very layback small hotel. Just in front of a secluded beach... It had great internet, even reach the beach lounger. Simple but very filling breakfast. ”Is a nice small hotel, good parking lot, good slow EV charger. Swimming pool is small, but water is crystal clear, jacuzzy without hot water, but it's not cold though. Rooms are good size, clean and modern. It is not front beach, and you need to walk for it. You need a car if you want to go for beach, restaurants or places out of the hotel, 10 min rides. ”Third time I’ve been to Delfin! Access to the beautiful, uncrowded beach right in front, complete with beach chairs and umbrellas, can’t be beat. Rooms aren’t fancy but are comfortable (the new mattresses are great!), and the AC was strong. Eduardo is my favorite bartender! I do wish they’d rethink the strategy of day passes for big groups (can hurt the experience for guests who are staying at the hotel and expect easy access to pool chairs, cabana, dining room, etc.). ”

"Starting with the positives: the view was just amazing, from my room I saw both the sea and the jungle, and sitting on the terrace during a thunderstorm, listening the howlers and looking at the scarlet macaws flying from a tree to tree was an incredible experience. I also liked the breakfast and food in general, and the staff was friendly. On the other hand, the room was very basic, only a bed, chair, table and a coffee machine, shampoo and poor quality towels in the bathroom. 2 plastic chairs and a table at the terrace. I had booked a room for 3, with a futon sofa; there was no futon in the room. When I complained about this, they asked why do I need a futon. Well, in principle I would like to get what I pay for. The manager was not ”available” to address my complaint, and also during the check-out the same staff member ignored my complaint. For a price of almost 300$/night I would expect more comfort in the room."
