”This hotel was family-friendly and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to book excursions through the hotel and spa services as well. There is an aviary on site with macaws, peacocks and other birds. The is a stable on site as well. We were able to go horseback riding on the beach. There are three restaurant choices in addition to the buffet and snack bar. Reservations need to be made a day in advance in order to have dinner at the steakhouse, sushi restaurant, and Italian...

”We loved our stay. The staff was lovely, welcoming and always welcoming. The pool was perfect a perfect spot to lounge and relax. The breakfast was tasty and the servers were very nice. Our room was very spacious and had plenty of room for my husband and I and our teenaged daughter. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at the end of the night. The hotel is in a great location in town and close to restaurants and a super market. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.”

”Beautiful property, clean air conditioned rooms, gorgeous views! Good breakfast. The only reason I would give less than5 stars all the way was that the parking was tight and not very easy to get your luggage to the rooms. Stairs in one area and gravel. Bioluminescence tour was so cool!”

”I absolutely loved the little bungalows at this hotel. They were private, clean, and the location was perfect. My only complaint is that it is very loud in the evenings. There is music at the bar till 10 (11 one evening) so if you’re younger and looking for a party, this place is perfect. The sunsets at the restaurant are amazing. ”

”Truly gorgeous property with lush tropical landscapes, quiet location just steps from local eateries and just a short walk across the street from the beach.
Minor suggestions: a dresser to put belongings in (there were shelves near shower, but not enough room for all of our belongings) and perhaps a place to set or hang keys/purse near the door.
