”Upon arrival you’re driven on the golf cart to the top of a rainforest. If you watch carefully you can spot sloths, monkeys, and amazing birds. Our villa was the perfect arrangement for our family and gave us a great place to relax. The master balcony had morning closeup vies if a sweet Scarlet McCaw couple. You could spot monkeys and toucans from the roof terrace. Cabana and dining area on roof were added extra. Staff was super attentive and helpful. Restaurant and especially breakfast...

”Hotel was beautiful and views from the hotel and pool area were splendid.Location was also good, at a walking distance from Manuel Antonio National Park and the beach. When returning one had to walk uphil, but that is not too difficult if you are fit. ”

”Starting with the positives: the view was just amazing, from my room I saw both the sea and the jungle, and sitting on the terrace during a thunderstorm, listening the howlers and looking at the scarlet macaws flying from a tree to tree was an incredible experience. I also liked the breakfast and food in general, and the staff was friendly. On the other hand, the room was very basic, only a bed, chair, table and a coffee machine, shampoo and poor quality towels in the bathroom. 2 plastic chairs...

”Beautiful boutique hotel about a 5 min taxi from Manuel Antonio. Lots of monkeys and macaws to be seen around the lovely pool. Very relaxing spot, fun bar/restaurant and another one by the pool. Fabulous staff and the rooms are stunning and very spacious ”

”Really loved staying at Mountain Top. Our room was great except for toilet flushing, but that seems to be a problem throughout the country. The view was amazing from our balcony which had a swinging chair that added to the experience. The amount of animals we spotted just on the property's site was amazing: toucans, about 50 titi monkeys, macaws, black lizards and the sounds of howler monkeys. The hanging bridges were a wee suspect, but we didn't die. The only complaint of the site were the...
