When our rental car wouldn’t start on departure day, Henri personally drove us to the airport, which we truly appreciated. They even surprised me with flowers for my birthday—such a thoughtful touch. ”This hotel desperately needs to improve on its service. The breakfast is good, but that's about it with the positive aspects. To give a few examples: I found a long black hair in my fish fillet, drinks we ordered did not match the description in the drink list, waited15 min for the bill at dinner, towels in our room were not replaced, problems with the refridgerator in the room, room phone not working,.... Would not recommend this hotel.”

Adeel, made us feel at home while the other staffs made us feel welcome during the entirety of our stay. Given a choice, we would like to revisit the place, keeping everything intact. ”Eine sehr gepflegte, Gebäudegruppe mit Innenhof zum Gratisparken, einer Hauptvilla, in der eine gemütliche Rezeption, klassizistisch geschmackvolle Relax- und Aufenthaltsräume und eine schöne Frühstücksterasse angesiedelt sind und ebenso gepflegtem Nebenebäude. Frühstück startete jeden Tag mit einem wechselnden stets interessanten und köstlichen Früchtemixteller. Zwei Frühstücksoptionen auswählbar: entweder Eier, Zubereitung nach Wahl, Bohnen oder Tomate, Bacon oder Würstchen. Oder für süße...

”We had the best time at the Red Coconut. The location is perfect and Lenny and his team are super nice and helpful.They went beyond and above to make this an exceptional experience for us (e.g. we could check-in early even though we did not even ask for it, many recommendations what you can do,...) I can only highly recommend this acommodation.”

”There was one receptionist that was incredibly helpful and kind. The rest of the staff is extremely slow at serving. We rented the presidential suite...very nice suite but there was nothing to drink in the fridge and no snacks whatsoever. We won't come back”
