”We thoroughly enjoyed are stay! The pool and AC were a welcome relief from the heat. The hosts were excellent and we loved hearing about the work they’ve done to the house and the history of the delicious cassoulet they served up in the evening. I wish we’d stayed for longer.”

”Avis mitigé parce qu l'endroit est magnifique, reposant, bien décoré. le personnel est adorable mais quelques désagréments à l'arrivée : Découverte de notre réservation à notre arrivée. télévision en panne, aucun produit dans la salle de bains. Aucune modification n'a été apporté. Vu le standing et la beauté du lieu, un accueil personnalisé aurait aussi été apprécié. Le séjour s'est très bien passé, pas de restauration sur place. Le calme et le charme du château sont des atouts très...

”Beware: This is a ghost hotel with absentee owner/staff. Unresponsive to email, and phone calls. Very limited check in availability. No air conditioning or ceiling fans. And an inflexible cancellation period - 7 days!!”

”We stayed only two days, winter time, so that we could not profit from the exterior, but we saw the potential. We particularly liked the interior decoration. ”

”Diervriendelijk was voor ons zeker een pluspunt. Het is netjes en winkels op wandelafstand. De services was zeer goed en ze waren heel vriendelijk. Wel jammer dat de honden niet buiten mogen (aan het zwembad) maar zeker begrijpelijk door het kunstgras. We raden deze plaats zeker aan.”

”There is no dedicated parking, it’s street parking, the kitchen is poorly put together and no towels.”

”La Bonne Planque is totally unique. Staying here was one of the best experiences we have had on our Europe trip. The setting right on the canal was beautiful and the perfect stop for cyclists on the Canal du Midi. Our host made us feel so welcome. We had delicious local food and wine for our evening meal and a lovely breakfast.”

”Loved the property as it was super clean and had everything we needed. Ground floor location also made it easy with luggage. Check in instructions from host were in French and that led to a slight misunderstanding with the location of the code box.”
