”This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this property. I booked accommodation for 6 people through Expedia, but upon arrival the hotel manager refused to honor the booking as confirmed. Instead, we were told we had to book and pay for an additional room if we wanted to accommodate everyone. After a long and exhausting journey, we had no realistic choice but to pay for another room because finding another hotel late at night was not...

”The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the grass was tall. Look like it hadn't been mowed in weeks. Other then that everything was perfect. The house was very clean, couldn't tell that they were a pet friendly place. The house is tucked in a quite neighborhood right off of 75 and an exit away from East Ridge TN.”

”Over all the confusion over the host having us cancel so she could change my room and then my concern as to payment cause a lot of added stress. Also, the room was on a floor with some people that smoked pot all the time so the smell drifted all down the halls and rooms. I found out after we left that the host does not change the codes in the rooms after people check out. That is extremely dangerous and I would not stay there again knowing that. ”
