”Rouen was for us just a passing city. That’s why I wasn’t so bothered by our room being in the first floor, even though it was not the nicest. Woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and stayed really cold, which was really nice because it got really hot/warm outside.”

”We got an upgrade to an executive room, which was very pleasant. The spa was also very nice and the hotel is in the center of everything. Highly recommended! ”

”Not recommended with kids cuz staff is not so nice.. ”

”Very friendly staff and the room was great. Recommended!”

”Great location with convenient parking. Just off the main tourist drag so very quiet. Next door is the Opera.”

”Took us 3 times to find parking but it was very spacious once we found it! Staff were very helpful. Would be great of there was a toaster and a washing machine would be better than the full size dishwasher but other than that location was great. Would stay again.”

”The hotel is in the less historic part of town on the other side of the River Sienne, not very pretty and quite commercial, lots of fast food outlets and a thriving African community, some lively bars and pubs playing some great Afrobeat. The hotel looks over a huge shopping centre, however it’s also next to a large and very beautiful cathedral on the square, ask for a room on the top floor with a view of the church, spectacular as the sun was setting. The hotel is pretty basic but it is what it...

”Lapsiystävällinen rauhallinen hotelli. Iso huone ja ilmastointi.”
