”Great hotel. Building is 1919 and renovated approx a year ago. Rooms are small studios (bath and shower separate from the sink which is in the studio) Hotel has a renovated factory warehouse feel--although this building was a social club. Exposed brick, hardwood floors etc. Really nice stay. Tons of free parking and cool restaurants all within walking.”

”We traveled as a team to Iowa for a volleyball tournament. We had 12 athletes and the coaches and the house was perfect for our team. We were able to eat our meals together in the spacious kitchen/living room. The girls all were able to stay in the same room and there was more than enough room for all of us to stay. We went to the beach one day and were only 20 minutes from Corallville which is where we played the tournament. It was a great stay at a great property!”
